cant stop of drinking soda

Since when i was a small,can't remember of eating something without drinking my favorite soda.Can't just stop drinking.Until now the more im addicted to it,despite the fact that i am fully aware of the side effects of drinking too much soda.I just can't resist,it i always make a n excuse just to have it.And i always want it cold.Is there any way i can resist from drinking soda.But how, when infact this addiction is already in me,soda is part of my daily routine.

have you tried EFT.
it is totally amazing for shifting those unwanted addictions. it may take a few goes but at the end of the day it takes a few minutes to do, you dont have to pay anyone and you can do it in the comfort of your own home :)

Hi,
I am with you on this. I too am addicted to drinking soda. I happen to drink a TON of diet pop. I also know about the harmful effects this can have on the body but ignore that because the soda has become part of my day. I see it almost like having a coffee in the morning. However, I guess it is my night "coffee".
