I'm not a huge fan of fish, but I've eaten really good fish dishes when I was in Chile. Those fishes from the Pacific ocean are really tasty, soft and good! I had grilled salmon and congro (I don't know if there is a name in English for that fish), and they were both delicious. Definitely the best fish dishes I've ever eaten in my life, and I had them both in the same week. :)

These days the only seafood I eat is deep fried shrimp. I don't even eat shrimp that often. As a child I loved to eat all kinds of seafood. I would eat it several times a week. Usually I would just pan fry the fish in some butter, flour, and some seasonings. I got some bad seafood when I was a teenager so now just the smell of fish makes me sick.

to be honest with you,I do not like fish at all.no matter in what way it is made,I still do not like it.generally speaking,vegetable and fruits are my favorate food.I just feel fish has a strange taste that I can not stand.

I love milk fish. We cook it with vinegar as a stew and we call it paksiw.We also cook it as steak and we call it milk fish steak. We cook it fried as it is.

I like to eat fish. My favorite one is bangus. It is our national fish here in the Philippines. I love it cooked in hot coal (broiled) and eatened with rice, tomatoes and onions. It can also be cook with vegetables like string beans, tomatoes, onions and with tamarind (it has sourly sweet tastes).
