Conflict is based upon the root of all negative emotions, ignorance. Ignorance as to peoples beliefs, culture or religion all spark great tension and animosity between communities of society.

wenkinnoc, thanks to your respond to the subject matter. you have shown/put more light on the matter stated that now, i can see clearly that conflict could easily generated even from office than any other area of life maybe based on the ignorance of MD or GM to technical department but when this thing called conflict occurred, how could me resolve it if at all is resolvable.
