Survey site is Scam? Is cheasters born as a Cheater or they become it for money?

I found and heared that most of the survey site is scam, they offer 75 dollar per survey or more but after survey it is knows that amount will be paid if I win the draw among other survey completed person - moreover many survey site do not pay much amount and hide before reaching minimum payout. AWSurvey.com is one of the scam sites and it disappeard some days before when one phone number was shown saying "if you are owner contact this phone number..? Now a notice is seen that AW Survey is upgrading its site and many other survey site's address is found inside it - one cheater is showing its finger of another cheater or else? Have you ever cheated by any survey site? I was and lost many valuable times for those cheaters?
