Mould on Bread...

What do you do with your bread if it develops mold? I don't care how much is on the bread.. if there's mold the whole thing gets thrown out. I was chatting with a friend yesterday and somehow we got on the subject. She told me that if it's just a small spot or two, she'll cut off the moldy part and still use the rest of the bread. It makes sense I guess but I don't think I could bring myself to do it.

I'll usually throw the good parts out to the birds.

I throw away the moldy pieces. I try to use our bread up before the mold stage. I make stuffing, french toast, and bread pudding out of the stale bread.

I'd just ditch it out, it's not like you're throwing away something expensive and I'd say I'd rather not take any risks.
