this doll has a flat head that rotates to show two different faces- one sad and one that appears to be smiling, with only three front teeth that are painted on. They appear to be almost fang-like. She has two different colors of hair for each face, two white removable shoes- nothing on the feet- white cloth underware, and a red and white dress made of the same material. The dress has a red with white polka-dots collar. Does anyone have any info on this one of a kind doll?
