low fat midnight snacks

i always find that after eating dinner daily that no matter what, when i got to bed i get hungry for a snack ... so i was hoping maybe you guys would know some good recipes that you could share with me

How about some Low-Fat Tortilla Chips : 1 ts warmed safflower oil; or 1 ts vegetable cooking spray 4 corn tortillas Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly oil or spray the top of each tortilla. Cut with scissors into 8 wedges. Place on nonstick baking sheets. Bake until chips are crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve within 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.

I often get midnight cravings, I usually eat popcorn or a bowl of cereal not the sugary cereal, cereal like mutil grain cherios, special k, corn flakes and bananas, and total. and drink water.
