Do you have the habit of writing diary?

I like writing sometings. I write diary every day . I write my work ,my friend ,my friends ,my feeling and so on. I think it is a good habit of writing diary. Do you agree with my opion? Do you have the habit of writing diary?

I not only keep a diary, with special dates and appointments in, I keep a daily journal, a book of shadows, a book of dreams and a book of treasured words. I love to read back on some of these entries when I'm going through a "down" period. They cheer me up, especially the treasured words that people have uttered to me over the years.
