how to sleep well? could you tell me some advice?

recently, i couldn't sleep well. i don't know why. do you have any ideas to sleep well. thank you very much.

I don't think that pills, or foodstuff has much effect. Try exercising heavily in the evenings and automatically you feel tired and that makes you sleepy. And avoid computers, if you can ! :)

I do generally listen to soft melodies music to sleep well and i don't forget to have a bath before sleeping . it does the work for me

Ive seen who has nt much sleep improves sleep by doing breathing exercises in the mornig empty stomach.learn it by watching and visiting the site. www.divyayoga.com you may watch the t.v channels mentioned in that site or learn it from a master .techniques like nadisudhi,bramhari,deep breathing can be practised by any person. wash your head under normal temp water for ten minutes before going to bed.this will help. www.drbass.com

I think you may not be too tired to sleep, try to exercise a lot and regulate your sleeping habit, getting up and going to bed at a regular time and remember not to sleep too late for a long time which may disorder your sleeping patten. Besides, great pressure can also affect the sleeping quality, so try to ease yourself, listening to some light musics and talking to your friends about your problems. Do not eat the pills at such early stage, you will be too dependent on the pills which may add your trouble. Actually, I was and am experiencing sleeping problems, I have a better understanding about your misery. Hope you can get over soon.

Hi,layyongjun! If your symptom isn't serious,I don't think you have to take pills. Milk is a good choice.Drinking a cup of milk(heating) before you go to bed and you can sleep well. Personally,I think sometimes you cannot sleep well because in reality,you are under pressure.If you cannot deal with it well by yourself,pleas ask the docter for help.Psychological guide is necessary. Hope you can sleep well today:)Don't think too much about your exmaination.I believe you can do it well!

I've suffered this problem before. I take vitamin B for this. It says that Vitamin B gives you energy. So, I take 1 Vitamin B everyday in day time and try not to take nap in afternoon or evening. Don't take Vitamin B in evening, it will makes you energetic when you wanted to sleep. haha.. Hope this helps.
