do you exercise right after waking up?

due to my slim figure, i really didnt care about exercising or stretching my muscles. but now that i am older, i have been reading health magazines and i found out that even slim women need to exercise to keep fit and healthy. so now, as soon as i wake up, i stretch up my arms and swing from side to side, do jumping jacks and reach-ups. that way, i can exercise my muscles and start my day right and healthy. what about you? do you exercise right after waking up? or is there a specific time of the day when you prefer exercising?
