System freezes since update

Anyone else had any problems with console freezing at random since the last dashboard update ? I think the Update was good love fact can use MSN on 360 now and can't wait for IP TV with Microsoft behind it it should be awesome.

As to the MSN availability I think it's a nice step, and I hope they soon make this for AOL Instant Messanger as I'm sure they will since AOL wouldn't want to get left behind. Your xbox may just be naturally having problems I think. Do you have a cooler? You may just have a long term problem from it overheating, otherwise I don't know what else could be wrong. Good luck in figuring it out!

I thinking it might be a heat issue and have ordered a cooling tray thing for it, Thanks for the advice.

Yeah no problem, but if it truely is an overheating problem the damage has been done and I'm not sure a cooling unit will help other than to prevent further damage. My suggestion is see if your warrenty (if purchased) will in any way cover this. Good luck though.

i haven't noticed any freezing after the update nor has anyone on my friends list commented about it...i do love the new additions too i don't know what to suggest about the freezing, can you go into the system settings and re-download it maybe?
