How to cure the burnt scar ...........?

1 week back when iam boiling milk for my son,with some neglegence some of milk dropped on me by myself and iam well cured with it but the scar does not leaves what to do as it looks odd on my hand and everyone is asking for that ?

i have had so many injureys to my hands over the years and i never worry about scars there not to noticeable if your gonig to get a scare the hands the best place to have one it beats places like your face ect
