Well i guess that gas-out yesterday (5-15) didnt work out!

I didnt pumpm gas yesterday, but some people were still pumping?!? i dont now ho couldnt have heard about this and not want to participate!instead of a price drop it went up today by 11 cents in my area! were now at $3.19 per gallon of reg unleaded!how has it affected everyone else???

I don't pump gas too often myself. However I read somewhere that an opt out of gas really wouldn't be a good idea, that it would actually have the opposite effect among other things. I think the thing here is we need to remember that we should try and make it so we need gas less. Don't go out so often, make on trip count, that sort of thing, so instead of just a one day loss, they'll be harder hit with days and weeks of a losses.

i am tred of driving just down the street to grab a bite to eat. i am going to buy a bicycle and ride a mile or two. that will definately save gas.

Well, they need to make up for the lower sales the day before eh ;). And it's not like people can go without gas for more than a day. It might just be a smart move from them to cover up yesterday's losses.
