1. Don't make any decision when you're angry 2. Don't make any promises when you're happy Emotions can control our thoughts. that is why there are times when we are avle to say things that we actually don't mean. When the intensity of the emotion has subsided that will be time time that we will be able to think more clearly and more logically. That is basically the reason why we often feel guilty after a fight. we have said things we didn't intent to say and most of all we've hurt a person that is very important us.

yup. somebody judger something in they own opinion or their own experience.when you angery,you can not control your behavior and do someting wrong.when you happy,you can comply anything come from your friend or other people,but when your come back normal,you will regret with your impulsion.
