You might want to visit your vet!! Well worth it if they do have worms!

I would go to a Jack Russel online forum and read around on there to see if this is something that happens regularly to this particular breed of dog and what the dog breeders on there suggest. If you have a vet, you may want to give him a call as well. I get alot of dog information online though.

I think you should take them to the vet, because dogs can get heartworms that basically eat their hearts and kill them. You should get a good diagnosis and treatment form a vet

when you dont see no more worms in their feces then there gone, and give them a follow up dose of the wormer as on the side of the package as a precaution

If you were told that they have already been wormed then I would advise against worming them again unless the vet gives you the worm medicine. I actually poisoned a cat once with worm medicine that I bought at a regular store. It cost me alot more to get her over it than it would have if I had just taken her to the vet in the first place. Plus, she was really sick for several days, poor kitty. I hate it that she had to go through that. And, to answer you actual question, I believe that you will still see worms for a few days after you worm them.

Ok here is an old remedy my father gave me for my puppy when she had worms, dad is a vet. Feed them sardines straight out of the can. Do this for at least a week and they will start eating, worms will continue to appear until they are all gone. Good luck Let me know if it works for you it worked for my puppy which is now 2 years old and healthy.
