I have white skin and brown hair, and this special ocasion is a very good friend bithday, and give a party!!But i don't know what colour i must to make my dress. An advice?

It is true there will be kinds of colour will suit you as you have white skin. But I think the style plays an important part as well. It will make a huge difference if the dress style is differ with same colour. I will suggest creamy colour for you anyway.

White skin peoples have so many options to choose from in colors Since whatever they wear looks good on them.But i believe for night parties you must choose any dark color such as black,deep brown or maroon.Try any of these colors they will look nice on you.
