Anybody who knows about renaissance art!

I have to write a paper, and part of it is making a list of the similarities and differences between Northern Renaissance (Flemish) art and Souther Renaissance (Italian) art. So far I have found good contrasts but it's the similar things that are getting me. I have differences as in mediums (tempera/ oil), perspective (Flemish art eyeballed it while Italians used linear/ atmospheric), and size differences between the art pieces. If anybody knows anything else, especially how they are the same, it would really help me write this paper. Thanks for any help you can offer.
