how to learn english well

What a sincere question! I don't know if you will be able to understand this message, but my suggestion is to watch television. It's the best way to submerse yourself in a language. In addition, there are lots of free podcasts on the web that teach people how to speak English. Let me know how it goes!

since i am from China too,i'd like to know different ways used by people from all over the world learning english. my way is old-fashioned,keep practising in reading,writing and listening.i decided to read novels with simple words,mylot friends gave me a lot of suggestions about what books to read,and i listen to CNN,CBS,NPR as well,about writing,mylot is really a good place to practise it.i remember the first several days i was on mylot,my responses were only one line to three lines,but now,i can write six lines without difficulty. dictation is another good way to improve listening skills,and reading in the morning every day can improve our oral english.

for i have two option: go to find private lesson and learn english or with community, second register to get free foreign english study outside your country.

I'll tell you what I do :) I'm still learning and to do that I watch movies in English with subtitles on my language, I try to talk to people, I try to write, I listen to musics and reading the lyrics and so on
