Report Design

I need to create a report that looks like this. Employee Code, Employee Name (Header) (Details) Earnings Deductions Salaries 2000 PAYE 300 Bonus 50 NIS 40 Travel 300 Total 2350 340 The earnings and deduction resides in two different tables, and there is an employee,employee earnings and employee deduction table.
