add picture to profile

hello friends out there,can you people please tell me how to add a picture to my profile. I tried a lot, but couldnt find the way out.

Under your avatar, there is a column including start a new discussion, add/edit your interests, send a message and so on. The one called edit your preferences is the one to change your picture.

you can add or edit your picture from the edit your preferance link. this link contains the information related to your account and you can get all the things that are related to your account.
