Okay, so I have this thing when I try to hail cabs, I always choose the cabs which are newer models and try to avoid those old, dilapidated cabs. I always feel that when I'm riding an old model, that I wouldn't be able to reach my destination coz the cab would just conk out on me. Do you also do this? Are there old, dilapidated cabs in your country are are every cabs supposed to be new cars?

Yes, you are right when you choose a new cab. I entirely agree with you..when one have a choice...or if I have a choice...I will go for a new cab, instead of an older one. But Alas! sometime when I am in a hurry to reach my destination...choice takes a secondary place....I must get a cab to reach my destination in time....instead of spending my time...in locating a new cab.

Times when i hail a cab is when i'm rushing for time. I can hardly afford to be picky then. in my country most of the cabs are good and new enough so maybe because of that i am not that picky at all.
