a totally free software for converting all format music files to dvd and divex

i want a free software to convert my captured video programmes in my computer hard disc to burn it to a dvd and also finally to convert it in the divx format.

You can try Divx converter but I think they were not free.

you can use the virtual dub software along with the xvid codec... also try the flask mpg.... but still the paid softwares are better ones for the results
