I feel the taste of coke/pepsi etc differs from country to country. The taste of these drinks was different in US and was different in my country. Has someone felt the same about this ?

That is because in most countries they use sugar cane instead of sugar beats. Sugar cane tastes a lot different.

Yes I do taste a slight difference whether the pepsi is made locally or imported from the US. Though they buy all the ingredients from the US it seems that in my country they add more carbonated gaz or maybe it's just me... I'm not sure for the coke but for 7-up and Pepsi it seems a little different, with more gaz but the basic flavor is the same.

I dont even remember the tatse so much now, i mean the difference in the taste so much as i am not a regular drinker of coke or pepsi. i love to have juices and shakes. so i prefer to take that, and yes, i remember very much that the tastes differs of the juices and shakes at times here and abroad.but i dont at all remember of the coke and pepsi.

Yesh, i do feel so too... But its not much of the taste, maybe its the gasiness of the drink? As in, i feel that some are more carbonated then the rest? Or is it just me feeling that way? Keke...

Yes. I too have felt the same. When I was in US, Pepsi tasted differently than the Pepsi I tasted in India. They say both are prepared at the same method of preparation, but still the tastes differ.

I know that coke tastes different from country to country. I visited the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georgia and taste some of the different varieties from different countries. Some countries have REALLY bad coke...lol. I wouldn't see how they could drink that mess. Some countries had really GREAT tasting coke. I haven't been back to the world of coca-cola in some time now. It's a very interesting place.
