Do you eat while watching television program?

I understand that it is unhealthy eating while watching television program. But, I simply unable to resist it. Whenever I start munching something at home, first thing, I would switch on the television regardless whethter the show interest me.
My family members did the same thing. I believe numerous of people doing the same thing which is pretty unhelathy.

i dont really mean to watch tv while eating but since the tv is always switched on when we're at home, there's no resting! when meal times comes, the tv is on. when we finish eating, the tv is still on so there's no big difference. lolz. :)

its kinda normal to me! i always munch while watching TV and it really makes the Show much more interesting

I do not watch TV very often, so when I actually do plan to sit down and watch and show from start to finish chips, popcorn or fruit, is like an added bonus, like going to the movies...
I do have a bad habit of munching at the computer.. which is just as bad, but I force myself to munch as slow as I can if I must munch.
