do you wear short skirt in summer?

I have never weared short skirt or even skirt in summer.actually,I am not fat and others always say I am too thin,but my small culf is a little thick and it looks so unbeautiful.so I do not wear short skirt.but why not long skirt?because I am a little short and if I wear long skirt then it will look shorter.
which bothers me very much,in hot summer,I always have to wear trousers.but I have no choice.what do you wear in summer?

I never wear short skirts or shorts. I only wear pants or long skirts. I have a nice small frame so it's not to hide anything either, I'm just not comfortable having that much skin showing. I am only 5'3" and wearing long skirts doesn't make me look shorter. I like loose flowing skirts and straight ones. I wear them with a nice fitting top that hits just at the very top of my hips so it makes my legs look longer. Wearing a shoe with at least a little bit of a heel also makes legs look longer but they aren't very practical for everyday so I usually wear nice sandals with my skirts. I stay quite comfortable dressed that way in the hottest part of summer.
