Internet Love

Do you believe that relationships which began by chatting on the internet can survive? I have a true story of a friend who met her guy on a chat site and they fell in love without even meeting each other. After about a year, they finally decided to meet. Mind you one was from Asia and the other all the way in Europe. Today, 5 years on, they are happily married and are expecting their first child. I would never have believed that this kind of relationship would have taken off if I had not seen it for myself!

I've known personally two successful Internet relationships that have worked, both couples are now married. Both were New Zealand women whom met these gentlemen (both from USA) through various chat rooms
That said I have heard some awful stories, I myself have never indulged in an Internet relationship, it's not that I frown upon it, it's just I like tangible.
