Air - Conditioned Theatres

In India it is a common practice that the air conditioned theatres charge more because of offering this facility.When show starts the air condition is in operation but after intermission and when the show starts with this facility but little later the theatre owners switches off the air condition and can be seen the fans in operation.The people who very much involve in the film fail or takes little care of this.
Is this not a kind of cheating?
I dont blame all the theatres but there are some owners who do like this and i have personally experianced this once.People started shouting when the air condition was swiched off and after some time we got back.
Have you experianced any such incident?

No In the States we have almost the opposite. In the summer, you may need a sweater in some theaters because the air condtioner is on full blast.

The working of air conditioner takes much cost with the electricity as well but its the cold envoirnment which is to be considered where people feel much relaxed rather to feel cold.
