how to use the checks that we receive through these online paying paying sites??

hi friends.. i do not have any accounts yet. but what if i get any of my payments through check. should i create an account and get the money credited using the check? can we have account in any bank??? besides, will i be credited in INR or USD.any indians over here!! please do help me out !!!
