are really some kind of roses can eat? coz i saw from one of the cooking tv shows here in the philippines that they are adding some rose petals to their deserts and foods and then, eat it raw.What do you think are the vitamins and minerals we can get from roses or from any other flowers perhaps?

i see that they used rose petals in drinks.. so how it taste like?? hmm so weird ..but i see some jasmine in cans and are in supermarkets..
