What will you do when you're already fed up?

What if you always do something everyday, you just woke up each day to do the same thing you've done yesterday.. what will you do when you think you're already fed up? but the consequences of leaving those things behind is hurting many people around you? would you sacrifice your happiness for the sake of others? Or go on and follow what your heart wants?

well at time i feel so bored about doing the same thing day in day out. There was this one time i was doing an internship and i was virtually doing the same thing say in day out. Some days i would actually skip work cause i know there's nothing new to be done or i get to work late.
I just couldn't cope with it so i had to leave for a better place that offered me new environments everyday
