Almost all women worry about their weight. Good and beautiful clothes won't fit in if they just gain 1 or 2 kgs. The thinner the better. I think almost all women wish to be as thin as models in the catwalks. But how about men? I rarely heard men worry about their weight, except models and boxers.

For the sake of the health, both men and women worry about their weight. But there are still people out there, men and women, who don't care about their weight. Most of the problem is obesity, which I worry about. I don't want to gain more weight because I feel heavier to move my body and lazier before I do something when I gain more weight. Besides I have problems with my body shape, that I should pay attention to what I wear. So gaining more weight would not be good for me.

I dont believe Men worry to much about their weight unless they are in a sport or super thin. I think the average do not want to be skinny they want to be bigger. i have a guy friend who does everything to be bigger he is so tall and lanky and cant seem to gain weight. Men tend to lose weight easier than women.

Well, I do think so that men doesn't worry much about their body weight than women. Most of my male friends don't care when they gain more weight. Maybe men really lose weight easier than women. But why? I know that my husband lose his weight more easily than me. Thanks for sharing.
