Tea or coffee. Which is better to consume? They say it is always better to take more tea than coffee. But coffee has some medicinal benefits too. It removes headache. What do you tink?

Tea is suppose to calm nerves, which coffee calms it in a different way. Like caffenie. Coffee also stains teeth, causes bad breathe. I can't stand tea, I can stand coffee more than I can stand tea. For me it's it's coffee, I have to have my caffenie

I think tea is much better to drink. Such types of tea as green tea have lots of medicinal value. Coffee on the other hand (and I am a coffee addict) brings with it a number of problems. For instance, if I do not have my morning coffee I get a severe headache. This is more about dependency than coffee relieving my headache. I am unfortunately addicted and it is a withdrawl symptom. Tea woul be my vote for which one is actually better for you. cheers

Coffee causes hypertension, increased chance of strokes and the caffeine is linked to an increased chance of osteoporosis. So my guess would be tea ;), although Chinese herbal tea is linked to Chinese herbal tea nephropathy.
