Good eating habits

The saying goes "You are what you Eat" How true is this with world obesity on the increase!!!??

It's very true, if you eat nothing but fatty junk food you yourself will get fatty and unhealthy.

To eat is happy thing to me,because it's hard for me to restrict the temptation of delicious food.Nevertheless,I couldn't indulge myself for health and figure. To have a good eating habit is so important,especially in such period.With high work pressure or other pressure,a lot of people lose healthy body for poor eating habits.But it doesn't mean it's impossible to change it.It all depends on ourselves.If we want to,we will have.Don't hestitate!Just do it.

Aurveda recomends complete system of diet, exercises and spiritual practics because of this reason. The Aurvedic healers treat the body and the mind as unity and the food is different for each person adding or balancing the lacks of certain energy.

There is a sanskrit saying which says that our mind is born as acccording to the food which we eat. There is no doubt about that. Good food promotes good thinking!!!
