No TIME!!!

It is tough learning to communicate with your partner. we all seem to want someone who will 'sense' what we need, and give it without asking. I think that doesn't happen a whole lot in real life. My husband and I have been married a long time, and we still can't read each other's mind!! We have learned to tell each other what we want, to tell each other how we feel [and that without expecting the other to make it all better]. We also need to GIVE our partner what he/she needs or wants. We need to do this without resentment, and without making it a bargain. And mostly we need to know, deep within our selves, that just because we don't always get what we want that does not mean our partner does not care for us.
