when is it the right time to have children

i am in my younger twenties, currently single and i want to start a family. ive been thinking and stating the fact that this world is going crazy i would love to have children of my own before i go. what should i do?

You dont have to be single to start having kids, be legally married to the love of your life dont follow the crazy world of rearing a kid alone syndrome.
Then plan the numbers you will have, make sure you are employed and your husband as well so you will be able to train and bring your kids up properly and put your faith in God to help you to bring them up. SIMPLE.
