How do you like to sleep? Air conditioned or Electric Fan?

Sleeping is very i your important to everyone. How comfortable you sleep is also important. I cant sleep in a hot place, it makes it difficult to have a peaceful sleep. When its too cold i also cant sleep.
I love to sleep in an air conditioned room but the coldness is not that high.
I can also sleep with an electric fan as long as i sleep alone.
How about you? How can you sleep comfortably? With an electric fan or you really need an aircon?

I can't sleep when it is hot either. I like it to be cool. I have my fan running all year round even in the winter time. When it is really hot and muggy, then I like to have the air conditioner on.

i cant sleep if its hot too. unless it is the middle of winter, i ALWAYS have the air conditioning on in my bedroom! and when it is the coldest part of winter i still keep a fan blowing right at the bed.
im much happier being slightly chilled and needing a light blanket than being naked and no sheet or blanket and STILL sweating loL!
