I hope you get this solved. You just go to the Tools - you find it above everything else in your browser - then press "clear private data" and you will open a box with a possibility to clear cookies. Egold can have some problems in their database, so you could try some time a little later.

I believe, you have to access your e-gold from another TRUSTED computer. Your situation is very likely to be mine too. That's what I should do while my account is still on hold. Anyway, I check the site once in a while today, and the site says I should wait a day or two to be able to access my e-gold, and remove viruses from my PC. If you encounter probs with viral infections, I think it is the cause of our denied access. I suggest we have to wait for a while when things get clear. And if it still persists, I would suggest you to do this: 1. Post in MyLot as often as you could to earn money. 2. Use your computer to do so, because if you have paid subscription, then you'll save time and money. 3. Only use a TRUSTED computer when you need to transfer your funds to Pinoy Gold Exchange. That way, you'll be able to access your e-gold account (finally!) In my case, I would go to my resident internet shop outside our village. Then after using it for selling gold from e-gold to PGX, I would delete all cookies and clear the history to prevent any traces of my transactions there. ** If there is a Netopia establishment near you, I would recommend you to do transactions there since their computers are a lot safer than any other internet cafés.
