Most of time I m not able to install Maxpayne II

I had purchase the lates version of Max payne II from Delhi for Rs.450.00 But I am not able to install it. Every time it display the dialog box " Some files are mssing could not installed" Any body tell me why it happens

hey that's true.. even my brother got one and tried to install.. it has been giving the same error after a half way of the installation..
