how do you firm your butt/ thigh area?

i'm doing some diet and my admominal area is now flat but still my butt/ thighs are not ok. how can i firm them?

what diet are you ona nd how did oyu get your abdominal area flat and toned, i have tried all my life a nd nothing seems to work for me. Please do share your secret

Well a Thih master is great for tightening and toining those those and stuff and stair stepping will firm up your behind. I used a concrete block and did fourty on each side and it worked well for my thighs and behind and I worked up to doing a hundred each leg. Well, I hope you atleast try it and see that it will work for you also. Good luck. And do tell us how you got that flat stomach I am sure me and others are dying to know..

Go running or jogging. An old-fashioned, fail-proof method. It'll firm and tone your butt, thighs, and calves, also give you a longer line. And if you've only got a few minutes, keep your back straight and (carefully!) throw your leg back behind you. You butt and thighs should feel tight when you do it. Several reps on a regular basis should work.
