please write to me and others your favourite food recepie what does it contain and how do u do it. so i'll be the first one: beef tongue in tomatoe sauce. u need: beef tongue- boiled until the skin comes easyly off and sliced onions 2 big ones sliced carrots 1 sliced too tomatoes 4-5 peeled ind finely diced a little oil salt an pepper from the vegies u make a sauce by gently frying them in oil until they are very soft and they look like a sauce. then add the beef tongue, some water or stock. and seassonings. let this boil until it looks like a stue. it is very delicious with baked potatoes and greens
