How do you release your anger?

Hi there! I release my anger through listening to really loud music and looking for something that I can get busy with like playing my favorite online game, posting in forums, doing the laundry and anything that will get me busy at all.

Hello mik0930 If I got angry mostly I prefer to go to bed, and when I wake up I will feel better, much better and forgot about my anger. I can think more positive and clearly. *Start thinking that problem is your own and you stared it. *Count from 10 to 1. *Drink a glass of cold water. *Try to divert your attention like seeing flowers,greenry,pets,listining music,singing song. *Try to forget the whole episode. *When you are angry eat chocolate or chew gum.
