Is brekfast the best meal to eat much or hard?

I heard that breakfast is the best meal to eat much food for we need the strenght to go on for the whole day but I always rushes to work every morning because of traffic jams and I can't eat what I supposed to eat during breakfast so I eat early during lunch time. What would you suggest?

How about bring a sandwich. You could eat it anywhere, and it's not messy to eat. :)

this supposedly the most important meal of the day that we eat like a king so that we can store up an energy for the whole day activities. but in this busy lifestyle we tend to just drink a glass of milk or a cup of coffee every morning. in our case we should try to have either bread or rice with ham or sausage or any leftovers from dinner that we can reheat and enjoy for breakfast. in some other days we have milk, cereals and banana or hot cocoa with garlic toast and egg omelet or oatmeal with fruits and nuts with milk.

Many people don't eat breakfast because of the busy work,it's harmful for their health,so I recommend you to have the breakfast,not too much,but moderate.

I don't eat a big breakfast...usually fruit which is easy to take with you. I eat a bigger lunch though. I think as long as you grab something for breakfast and you're not eating a lot at night, when it's not as good for your digestion, it's okay.

Eating too much during breakfast will make us feel sleepy most of the time. So it is better for you just have some hot drink and some food during breakfast and have another break at 10 for another hot drink and a slice od cake. You can still have your energy even if you did not eat too much during the breakfast. The best thing to do is eat an apple during the breakfast and some bread with a hot drink. The apple will keep you energize until your lunch time.

I also use to do that earlier when i was working but now it is not so, now i am married and in business with my hubby. I use to skip my breakfast because i was always in the hurry , which is bad , as everybody knows. but what to do. but then if you take lunch , a proper lunch at proper timing then it is all right. lunch a bit early also because too much time to keep the stomach empty is not good. i use to do that and i suffered from acidity. acid formation starts if one is not eating properly and on proper timings.
