I like to eat fish according how it cooked. Most of the time, I love to eat the fried fish because I can fry any kind of fish which taste nice. What I always do is marinate the fish with some salt, turmeric powder and tamarind before frying them. But for me, I like my fish to be cooked in different ways based on the fish type/species. For me, certain fish will taste better by grilling, steaming or even frying them. For examples, I love to have my big sizes of fish to be cooked in curry, some small fishes better to be steamed, and some medium fishes are tasty to be grilled. That is why I love my fish to be cooked in different ways. Fish will taste even tastier if we cook them in the right way for them.

My favorite fish is salt water catfish. I really love it especially if cooked sinigang sa miso. I also like it grilled and well done. I also like milkfish, whether fried or cooked in vinegar. I love to eat the milkfish's belly. I know it's fattening and high in calories, but I can't help it when I see it. I crave for it sometimes. I also like fish balls, but not the originally fish meat. I like the steet food fish balls, made up of flour and fish flavoring, etc., that puffs big when fried . lol.
