Hepl me find an NBA channel

I'm working in Tirupur, India and will be here for the next three months. Im staying in a hotel with cable TV. The sad part, they have no Basketball TV channel, or Solar sports channel that regularly televises the NBA, especially the playoffs. Start sports and ESPN doesn't air NBA games here, well, since i came here 3 weeks ago, only 2 gane were aired! please help me, maybe you know how to find the right channel airing regular nba games...
