What kind of thing will make you cry?

i must be weak when it comes to that...just about anything can make me cry. if i'm depressed, or just having a bad stressful day i cry. if i here a song that reminds me of something or someone i cry. sometimes i cry for absolutely no reason. and i get headaches also if i cry too much.

I have too much emotion sometimes. I dont cry unless i am very sad, or very angry (it is really hard to have a fight because i sob too much to yell and scream at the person i am fighting with) I have cried during sad movies, when i hear certain songs, when i think of the way i thought life was going to turn out and realize it hasnt and i have no control over it i cry. The best remedy i think is just continue to remind yourself that things can and will get better if you are willing to put forth the effort it requires to do so. Even though crying gives you headachs remeber also that it is your bodies way of dealing with emotions and that if you didnt cry it is far more unheathy because then you are keeping all your emotion bottled up inside.
