god promises to bless the man or nation that blesses the chosen people?

If you will notice that in the scriptures all the promises are followed by "if" this single word is so very important in all the the Lords words. We are only promised to be blessed IF...Each blessing comes with a If. If we want certain blessing, we must do what is expected of us or we are not promised the blessing. See the word "if" is very important to us
