Does your organisation recognise your performance and reward duely?

Performance linked incentive system benefits both the employer and the employee,as employee receive due reward for higherperformance. At the same time, the organisation produces more output and profit. But,in several companies, employees are dissatisfied because they are not recognised and rewarded for their higher contribution and performance. What are your views and experience?
