What Do You Do To Maintain Your Health?

there are so many so called remedies and maintenance items out there... which ones have you chosen?

I eat nutritious foods such as green leafy vegetables. I also eat fruits that are rich in vitamin C. I exercised regularly which is every morning. I walked and jogged for how many kilometers. I also sleep seven to eight hours a day. Have a nice day and God speed!

Understanding that our quality of life is determined by our daily choices, we have the power to improve our health and well-being quickly and dramatically. Optimum nutrition is a key factor, but our health depends not only on what nutrients we eat, but how much of those nutrients are absorbed and how well and regularly the body's waste products are eliminated. With the proper use of cleansing and detoxification we can maintain health and vitality, even as we age.
