Almost 1 year in my company. Sometimes im thinking which do i belong. Effective or Efficient? Questions still messing on my head. One friend ask me are you effective or efficient in work or overall your personality? Im shock coz i dont know what to say... All i know is Being Effective mainly doing the right thing while Being Efficient is doing the things right.Confuse? Yup it is..
