dear friends,its summer & its very hot.so i want to know wat precautoins we should to beat up heat...

hello there. in the country where i live, its very hot when its summer and i really cant take it!!! :P i ease the summer heat by using a cooling lotion from vaseline. you know, it really is effective, maybe you should try it for yourself. :)

well, yeah, i guess they are somewhat common, because they have been in the indstry for a long time already. hmm,how about you try some products from st. ives or from bath and body works? :)

Help Nisha.... help me.... I can't stand hot Summers and this year it already came.... it's really incredible, but in April you could already go to the sea.... our Summer months are usually frome June to August, but this year April was really hot and I don't want to image what I have to expect this Summer.... :(
